Op. M.D. Gökhan Akkök was born in Erzurum in 1990. He completed his primary, secondary and high school education in Bursa.

He started his medical education at Uludağ University Faculty of Medicine in 2007, completed his education there in 2013, and received the title of medical doctor by graduating from Uludağ University Faculty of Medicine.

He completed his Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery specialization, which he started in Samsun Ondokuz Mayıs University Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery department in 2015, in 2020 and received the title of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery Specialist.

He worked as a Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery Specialist at Balıkesir Atatürk City Hospital between 2021-2022.

He continues to provide services in all areas of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery in his private practice since 2022.
